Team Leader – Grounds & Gardens

Location: Northern Beaches
Pay: $30 – $36 per hour + Super
Employment: Full-Time

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our grounds maintenance teams, with a strong focus on gardens and horticulture works across multiple Northern Beaches sites. This is a hands-on role leading crews, coordinating daily works, and ensuring safe, high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily grounds and garden maintenance activities

• Supervise staff and subcontractors on site

• Plan and prioritise work programs

• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance

• Complete reporting, paperwork, and hazard identification

• Coach and support team members

What We’re Looking For

• Cert III in Horticulture / Parks & Gardens OR 5+ years’ Team Leader experience

• Proven grounds & gardens or horticulture experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Current Driver’s Licence

Mandatory Requirements

• Clean Police Check

• Working With Children Check (WWCC)
